etsy.com is only 20 cents per item you list and it stays active for 4 months! they charge 3.5% of what your item sells for when it sells. That’s only .03 cents for every dollar.
there’s also artfire.com they did have a free membership for awhile.
I DO NOT recommend ebay! They charge high fees.
Also most people on etsy are super nice and you can hang out in the forums and ask questions if you have a problem.

You may also want to try http://www.refinity.com/ They buy jewelry (new and old) so that they can resell it. I know many people who have had great experiences with them.
