I have a watch with small fake stones (gems) on the front and do not want them to fall off as the watch would look cheap if they did and I love the watch. Is there anything I can do to keep the stones glue hardened? I heard clear nail polish but does this actually work?

Yeah i put clear nail polish on all my Fake necklaces and it keeps the little silver rhinestones in place.
