I dont think my bridesmaids will wear jewelry, gift ideas? I want to get my bridesmaids gifts of course, I get married in June and I am having issues finding something to get them . Should I get them seperate gifts or the same one, I dont want anyone to want someone else’s gift instead of theirs.
But everyone keep telling to get jewelry. One likes big huge earrings which I dont know if I could find nice ones for her, one likes necklaces and one prefers to wear nothing at all. Plus we dont really have that "here have some girly jewelry" type of relationship you know?
I have been looking in the millions of wedding catalogs I get and I saw cute tote bags in the color of my wedding, but then what to put in it? I also say trinkets and stuff you can have engraved but I really dont know. I want to get something nice for maybe around $50 each.
Any good ideas for non traditional gifts for my ladies?
Pick something that fits their personalities and interests. What would you buy these ladies if it was their birthday or Christmas instead? References :
What about a paper gift, like personalized stationary? You could have a custom monogram put on each set. I love that kind of thing, so that is what I am doing for my girls.
Another cute idea is a cocktail set. I saw two beautiful martini glasses and a little cocktail shaker in bed bath and beyond, and it was such a cute idea! References :
One bridal fair had a lady who would bead jewelry or key rings (a metal heart with crystal beads in the colors of the wedding). I just had a set of very nice pearls (good pearls but very June Cleaverish) restrung with the addition of crystals for the bridal party. References :
The tote bag is nice, how about having
names embroidered on them, and then
put in a beach towel and flip flops!!
Sunscreen, lotion, etc.
Good LUck References :
a bottle of ice wine, mmmm. or gift cards to a really nice restaurant. go with something they will actually be able to USE and ENJOY (unlike engraved trinkets and crap). References :

Spa gift certificates–or spa day day before the wedding, if you want everyone to enjoy the gift together (just avoid facials the day before).
Really good quality booze (my favorite bridesmaid gift was a bottle of really expensive tequila–thanks, Sis!)

There are just so many different things to get a bridesmaid. Gift certifiactes, jewelry, wine glasses, this list could go on and on and on.
I really want to get my bridesmaids all something personalized with their names.
One idea is an engraved heart shaped compact. It’s really cute, and a great price:

Search the "Gifts Under.." section of stores you like (Coach, Sharper Image, etc.).
I got my girls Dooney & Bourke passport holders for my destination wedding. DB = my initials.
Here’s a link to their ‘Gifts Under $100′:

For my sister’s wedding we got key rings from Tiffany’s.
